Growing up, I watched my parents work tirelessly to support their family, instilling in me the belief that academic achievement was the key to success. I poured myself into school, graduated from university, and waited for opportunities to follow but reality had other plans. Struggling to find employment, I took a leap and worked abroad as an Assistant Salesperson and Graphic Designer at a hotel.

Still chasing a brighter future, I made the life changing decision to move to Canada, where I returned to school to study as a Medical Office Assistant. Landing a job with a doctor felt like a dream come true after all, it had always been my first career choice. But as I began working long hours and holidays to increase my earnings, I quickly discovered that the extra income was being swallowed by taxes. The financial gain was minimal, and the real cost was time precious hours lost that I could have spent with my husband and family.

That realization hit hard: I didn’t want to spend the next 30 or 40 years trading time for money under a fixed income. Time, I learned, is the most valuable currency and I wanted to spend it with those I love.

In 2017, everything changed when my husband introduced me to Greatway. Inspired by his path, I studied for my life insurance license and began working part-time with Greatway. Before long, my part-time income surpassed what I earned full-time. Our hard work was rewarded with yearly family cruises, a beautiful reminder of why I had chosen this path. Just months later, I made a bold move and left my job to fully dedicate myself to helping families protect their financial futures.

Today, my financial advisory practice is thriving. Every day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to guide clients toward financial stability and freedom. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has been deeply fulfilling. Becoming an advisor wasn’t just a career shift, it was a calling to empower others and help them build lives rooted in security, prosperity, and the freedom to choose how they spend their time.
